Alteration appointments should be made 8-10 weeks prior to your event. This allows ample time to ensure proper fit of your gown
Alterations can be scheduled during any normal business hours
Expect a minimum of two appointments – making your gown fit perfect is a step by step process and can not be done in one fitting
Any questions regarding the fit of your gown should be made at the first fitting before any pinning is done
Alterations are an additional charge. We would be happy to quote your alteration charges at your first fitting after we see how the gown fits you
You should come prepared! This means making sure that you have the shoes you are wearing with the dress and any undergarments that you will be wearing under the dress. *Please do not bring a shoe with “the same heel height”. All shoes are different and if your gown needs to be hemmed more than once there will be an additional charge
Arrive on time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you will most likely be asked to rescheduled.
Please limit the number of children being brought to your appointment. During fittings we use scissors, pins and seam rippers, all of which can hurt small children if not being watched.
