Do I need to make an appointment?

We are now open by Appointment Only. Whether you

are looking for a bridal gown, bridesmaids dresses, moms, or need to get measured

or pick up a gown, we require an appointment time. This allows our stylists to work one on one with each appointment, so they get undivided attention!

How long does it take to get an appointment?

Appointments to try on gowns: Our bridal, bridesmaids, and mothers appointments scheduled on Saturdays and evenings during the week are typically scheduled at least 2-3 weeks in advance. Appointments during the day come a lot easier and we can typically schedule you that week!

Appointments for fittings: Saturday and Weekday evenings are our most popular times to schedule fittings. Plan ahead!! If you need a Saturday or any evening during the week, book your appointment at least 2 weeks in advance. If you are available during the day during the week, we can typically get you in that week! Make sure you have your shoes and undergarments ready to go before your appointment!

What should I bring with me to my appointment?

Appointments to try on gowns: The first thing you should bring are ideas! Make sure you have some pictures or descriptions of gowns you want to try on! If you have a strapless bra, you can bring that too! This makes the trying on process more comfortable for both you and the stylist.

Appointments for fittings: The two most important things to bring with you to your fittings are the shoes you are wearing with the gown and any undergarments you will be wearing underneath your gown. Not having these items with you can delay the alteration process and change the fit of an already altered gown.

How many people am I allowed to bring to my appointment?

Appointments for trying on gowns: We welcome a Bride and 3 guests for an appointment. For bridesmaids appointments we are allowing either the bride and 3-4 bridesmaids at each appointment. We can schedule multiple appointments to accommodate larger wedding parties or you can schedule a Private Appointment.

Appointments for fittings: Alterations are done in the back of our store in smaller rooms. We are allowing 1 guest with fitting appointments.

What is your payment policy?

We accept all major credit cards, checks and cash. At the time of purchase, we require a deposit of 65% down to order. If time allows, you may also make smaller payments until you reach the 65% deposit, at which time your gown will then be ordered. Your gown must be paid off 60 days after we receive the gown. We will contact you when the gown arrives in our store. Checks will not be accepted as final payment unless the payment is made at least 2 weeks prior to pick up. Payment plans are also available to set up at no charge to you!

What is the average price of your gowns?

Bridal Gowns: The average cost of a bridal gown in our store is between $1,200-$2,000, although we do have gowns that are both lower and higher. We also have clearance gowns that are available for those with a lower budget.

Bridesmaids Gowns: The average cost of our

bridesmaids gowns is between $150-$200.

Mothers Gowns: The average price point on our mother’s gowns is between $350-$450. We do have a clearance section for our mothers as well which marks gowns down 50%!

How long will it take to get my dress?

All orders are placed as soon as we receive your 65% deposit. Once ordered, your gown will take approximately 5-7 months. Rush deliveries may be available for an additional charge. In order to receive your gown with time for alterations, we suggest having your gown ordered 9 months to a year before the event. Just remember, as a retailer, we have no control over production, delivery times, and delays, so it is suggested to order sooner rather than later.
